A Vibrato Audio Effect Module
A common audio FX that makes sense to add to Mela as a module.

Since Mela 4.5 now offers the new Time mode in Comb Filter it's very easy to build your own vibrato audio effect. You just need to insert Comb Filter and LFO. Set Blend to 0% and feedforward to 100% and modulate the Time parameters in 0-3ms range using the LFO. Check the "Vibrato FX" preset in build 143. It's showcasing how it's done. So, for now, I won't be adding a separate Vibrato module, but I'll consider it in the future if it will over reasonable advantages over making your own using 2 modules.
