Create mod from destination

Functionality to set up a modulator from the control I wish to modulate. I imagine this as holding my finger on a parameter and this opens a drop down menu with several options, one of them being "Create Mod Source". Perhaps an alternative to drag-and-drop? Or at least an option!

Unmerged the issues, as I ended up implementing the ability to add / edit parameter modulations via the dial and slider UIs using their Edit Modulation popover. I will still do the drag-drop way, but that will come later.
