Don't reset oscillator phase during Legato

Currently, on every note-on oscillators reset their phase to the Phase parameter value. It makes sense to change this behaviour for the cases where notes overlap (i.e. in Legato mode) and prevent phase reset. This will eliminate clicks and setting Phase to Free won't be needed.
