I bought the app on the Mac app store for conveniance, but want to use it on my iPad. Now there it is only availiable, if I pay again.
Please fix this! I don´t need it on my M1 Mac...

Hi, it’s a universal purchase. Whether you buy it on iPhone, iPad or Mac if you use the same Apple ID it will be available on all 3 devices. You only ever need to make 1 purchase. There’s a bug on the App Store that sometimes it shows you as a new purchase even after you bought it on another device, but after you tap the buy button it will say that you have already bought the app and it will simply download it for free.
