MIDI Hardware/Virtual Driver I/O Support

In addition to MIDI buses, Mela plug-ins provide MIDI I/O for sending and receiving MIDI to and from the hosts. While this covers most use cases, there are many interesting possibilities where the user might want to bypass the host and directly talk to hardware or virtual MIDI drivers. In some cases, use the virtual cables to send messages between different instances of Mela. It's also very useful for cases where the user might be running in a standalone mode and wants to use Mela to process MIDI and send it to another app or external hardware. Bonus feature: Mela could provide virtual drivers, e.g. Mela In/Out 1-4.
