MIDI Source module: support 14-bit MSB/LSB hi-res CC pairs
Add a checkbox on the MIDI Source module for hi-res CC value support. When checked, calculate the hi-res input value as MSB + LSB/128.

Nikolozi: I can’t wait. The range of expressive control on these things is insane. The mouthpiece has three separate sensors that each send different CCs, and there are additional controls on the thumbs for things like pitch bend and vibrato.
Related: also support hi-res output to MSB/LSB CC pairs via Control Change module when using Mela as a MIDI plugin. Typical use case for this would be to use the smoothing param of MIDI Source to smooth out a low-res MIDI input and send the smoothed hi-res control output to another AUv3 that supports it, like Moog Model D.
