Module that lets you remap or filter MIDI CC messages
This module will allow you user to either block a specific CC message or convert it to another CC message.
Also, a possibility of mapping the mod wheel to CC, and other mapping options.

FWIW, I think most/all of what you're describing can already be done by using MIDI Source to modulate MIDI Control Change, or vice versa, and most AUv3 hosts are able to selectively block CCs. ... but a dedicated module might do these things more elegantly/intuitively, so maybe worth considering!
