The micromonsta2 have something similar…with rest but also glide…choosing the number of note that will play (if you use a chord)
I love the basic functionality of the arp module but this would be next level! Like Samuel Lindeman suggested Steppolyarp and virsyn’s arp are very good material for inspiration. I understand there are different priorities at the moment and at this point most things are “nice to haves” in an already amazing app!
Just a quick note on this. I would like to make the Arpeggiator module more sophisticated, including more modes and full programmability. But I have a few other things that I consider a higher priority that I have to do first but I will come back to this later and maybe even have a more detailed discussion.
Nikolozi: Sure thing, no rush at all. Mela is wonderful as is (; Would be glad to contribute/discuss.
That sounds nice! I'd love to see something similar to the IceGear Arp, StepPolyArp or Virsyn Arps being implemented where each arp-step can use any of the held notes (1-x) or with the addition of 'all'(chord), this would make it easy to create phrases based on the held notes.
This is for future reference based on Sam Izrael's feedback. Page 26 of the MicroMonsta manual: https://www.audiothingies.com/dl/micromonsta2/docs/MicroMons…
