Support Drag-and-Drop style modulator to target modulation assignment

To me being able to very quickly create modulation source-target links is a very important feature. So, I plan to make it as easy as possible. And possibly, there will be several ways of doing this, including drag-and-drop.

This would make it a much more creative tool for me. Even to be able to tap on a targets and then have a mode where I can just tap the control I want to target to assign it would be fantastic. Right now, menu diving to find the right target slows me down a lot and makes me over think what I am trying to do.
