Support side-chain input for the Instrument plug-in

When using Mela as an audio effect plug-in it has Audio Input 2 which corresponds to a side-chain input for most DAWs. Would be great if the instrument plug-in provided support for a side-chain also.

**Build 287** - Mela now supports side-chain audio input when loaded as an instrument plug-in. - Note that the side-chain signal comes through Audio In 1 in the instrument mode but in the audio effect mode, it comes through Audio In 2. (Note this only works in AUv3 mode. In the standalone mode, there were a few technical challenges. And I feel, in the standalone mode it's not as important anyway. So, I decided to focus my energy elsewhere. But I will address this at some point.)
