TextField above virtual keyboard doesn't always appear on iPad Air 2
When trying to enter parameter value ("Enter Value" menu item) or type in a preset name during saving, via virtual keyboard, the toolbar above the virtual keyboard doesn't always appear.
This is reproducible on iPad Air 2 (both on hardware and simulator) in Mela 3.2 & 3.3.
